Ingredients
    g Rhubarb
  • 200 g Strawberries
  • 200 ml Milk eg Almond milk
  • Ice cubes
Instructions
  1. The rhubarb in cut small pieces.

  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of water in a pan and add the Stew rhubarb for 2 minutes.

  • Briefly cool the rhubarb and in the meantime, wash the strawberries and free them from the stems.

  • Now all the ingredients (including the ice cubes) in give a powerful blender and finely purée.

    Rhubarb contains oxalic acid, which deprives the body of calcium. Therefore, rhubarb should always be combined with high-calcium foods such as milk.
