The recipe for the banana chia pudding was made by accident. Actually, I wanted to make a banana milk and I just pureed coconut milk with a banana, dates and some cinnamon. Since I was already sooo saturated after half of the milk, I stirred some chia seeds into the remaining banana milk. The next day I was so happy about a serving of banana chi pudding. Whether as milk or as Chiapudding - it tastes really delicious! :)

Banana chi pudding with walnuts and coconut milk

Step by Step to Healthy Breakfast

dish: breakfast, trifle
servings : 2 People

  • 400 ml Coconut Milk
  • 1 banana
  • 4 dates
  • 1/2 TL Cinnamon
  • 4 EL Chiasamen
  • 2 EL walnuts
  • 1 TL maple syrup span>
  1. Puree the coconut milk with 3/4 of the banana, dates and cinnamon.
  2. Now stir in the chia seeds and put the pudding in the fridge for at least 1 hour, but preferably overnight.
