According to my husband a salad for men , because in addition to minced meat is a super delicious, homemade cheeseburger dressing on top. And that's what men and of course women really like. :)
The cheeseburger dressing consists of gherkins, onions, garlic, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard and white wine vinegar and tastes incredibly delicious! Like the original cheeseburger dressing:)
The cheeseburger salad is a real alternative to the burger, manly, satisfying and ready in no time.
Low Carb Junk Food
Oh, I love simple low carb dishes that are reminiscent of popular junk food, but are still much healthier and fresher. The cheeseburger salad is packed with good ingredients. Cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, lettuce, minced meat and cheddar cheese join the low carb salad along with a creamy dressing in the bowl.
- 2 Gherkins
- 1/2 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 4 EL Mayonnaise egChop the onion and garlic clove. Add mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, white wine vinegar, salt and pepper to a dressing. Add cucumbers, onions and garlic. Now put 1-2 tablespoons of cucumber water under the dressing.
Slice the onion into thin rings. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the minced meat, seasoning with salt and pepper. Then add the onion rings and fry briefly.
Wash the salad, slice tomatoes and cucumbers. Put all the ingredients together with the cheddar and minced meat in a bowl and serve with the dressing.
