Low Carb Salad - a healthy party salad

Good morning, dear ones! Today I brought you a cake. But baking is not one of my greatest talents and passions, so there's a colorful Low Carb Salad Cake for you. Quick made, visually a real eye-catcher and really delicious!
Low Carb Salad
My delicious salad is packed with healthy ingredients that you can vary at will. I usually use cucumbers, tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers, eggs and iceberg lettuce, and layer the ingredients with turkey breast, cheese and a yoghurt dressing. Turbo speed and sooo good.
Your creativity knows no bounds. Well, I can also imagine tuna, radish, roasted grilled vegetables or smoked salmon on the colorful layered lettuce cake.

Fast, healthy party salad
The delicious Salad is a great change to mixed salads and makes great on the party buffet. But also as a healthy dinner, the filling Low Carb salad cake tastes really good. Even the colorful taste of my son tastes really good. He likes everything that is nice and colorful anyway. So it was not hard to convince him.Made fast, very filling and really yummy!
- 150 g Salad eg Lettuce or iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 6 Mushrooms
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 yellow Pepper
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 2" Slices Turkey breast cold cuts
- 50 g grated cheese
- edible flowers optional
- 200 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
- 2 EL Salad mayonnaise egCut the cucumber, tomatoes and mushrooms into thin slices. Cut the peppers into small cubes. Slice the eggs.
Mix the yoghurt, salad mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper and herbs into a dressing in a bowl.
Place a cake ring on a plate and layer the salad as follows:
- Paprika Cube
- grated cheese
- a layer of yoghurt dressing - turkey
- another layer of yoghurt dressing
Garnish with egg slices, tomatoes, edible flowers and cress.
Slice and enjoy the salad pie in pieces of cake.
