Low Carb Tarte Flambée
Today I brought you a delicious Low Carb Tarte , which even tastes good to my husband! And that's an absolute premiere, because normally it goes a long way around my low carb experiments. Now the eggs and 150 g of the grated Mix the cheese with the cauliflower and lightly salt the mixture.
Great, great, great! The Flammkuchen from cauliflower dough will be here so often. He will certainly enjoy the low carb pizza. I have not done that for ages. I'll give it to him;)
Flammkuchen also goes Low Carb
The Low Carb Flammkuchen is really a wonderful way to eat vegetables. In my opinion, it does not taste like cauliflower, but after the delicious, vegetarian toppings.
Even if the dough is not quite as crispy as a dough of course - the result has absolutely convinced me.The consistency should be reminiscent of small grains of rice.
A round tin with baking paper lay out and spread the dough over it. Cut the onion into thin rings and the peppers into thin strips .
Place the cauliflower in the preheated oven approx. Bake for 25 minutes. In the meantime mix the crème fraîche with the rest of the cheese, salt and pepper.
Coat the pre-baked ground with the creme fraiche and top with onions and paprika.
Bake in the oven for another 15 minutes.
