Nicecream with raspberries and bananas - 3 ingredients
What would it be? a hot summer's day without ice? For me definitely only half as nice! My son also shares my ice cream love. If Tom were to go, he would eat a scoop of ice cream in the morning for breakfast. Thanks to Nicecream he can now do that, because the healthy 5-minute ice cream does not contain any sugar! And so many a summer's day we like to start with a big cup of ice cream:)
Nicecream Banana Fruit Ice Cream
Nicecream is a healthy treat for the whole family. All you need for sweet treats is frozen banana slices, your favorite berries, coconut milk and a blender or blender. Sounds fabulous right? Most of all, I like the Nicecream version with raspberries. Sooo delicious!

Your imagination is in the preparation of Nicecream (also Nana Ice Cream called) no limits. In addition to the base of bananas and some coconut milk, you can combine your ice with your favorite fruits, almond, cocoa nibs, nuts or dried fruits. It is only important that you used ripe bananas. This will give your Nicecream a creamy consistency and a pleasantly sweet taste.
Quick ice cream with raspberries and bananas
The preparation is totally easy! First, the bananas are sliced and deep frozen together with the berries for a few hours.
- 2 ripe bananas
- 250 g berries
- 100 ml coconut milk
- To serve:
pineapple or coconut
- mixed berries
- Slice the bananas and combine with the berries best overnight, but at least 5 Hours to enter the freezer.
If you want, you can serve your Nicecream in half an oared melon and garnish with mixed berries.
